The Paella Princess was created by Emily Williams. I've been a professional Chef for over 30 years, working on Superyachts, Corporate Catering, and High-end lodges over the years. Having spent time in Spain whilst working on yachts. I am now based in Wanaka for the past 4 years, I have created The Paella Princess. Bringing the Paella Pans to your next party. Cooking fresh authentic Spanish ingredients with a local twist.
